Do BCAAs degrade in water if left for any amount of time? I would like to pre-mix my morning BCAA drink the night before as I find it dissolves better if left to sit.
Overnight seems like a long time. Since it`s not recommended to do so with a protein drink, I`d say not to do it with bcaa`s as well.
I always try to drink it when i mix it.
