starting at 70 - 140% over 14 weeks
started on creatine today as well

I started creatine and keto at the same time and when my weight would jump up one day I would get freaked. Just gotta remember it's the creatine.
Got any starter pics? They are great motivators. I look back at the ones before I started anything and now... HUGE difference. If I can figure out how to subscribe to your journal I will.

feeling great after my carb up back down to weight again, shoes still in the US hope i get em by wed squats, was feeling sick this morning but i filled a water bottle with flem and not im all good
