seen him at the gym the other day looks 300+ lbs a monster.

Tru inspiration to everyone in my gym and in Canada for that matter. Trains insane and is the real deal. Nice to see a Canadian doing so well as a pro these days standing up there with the top pros from US and the world....

I used to train in the same gym as him and Lou, damn Lou has always been a big mofo, but i gotta say the improvements Fouad has made in the last few yrs since i left windsor has been nothing short of amazing for sure......Both were great fellas and worked hard in the gym......I hope we see Fouad in the top end of some contests soon, his time is coming i believe...

last time he was squatting 6 plates a side every time he did a rep u can literally see the bar bend i guess its worth it true motivation.

Which gym are you talking about IW?

anyone have pics of him before he went pro, even 2 or 3 years before that? heard he made leaps and bounds over everyone size wise, would love to see.
