I have done a bit of searching on Primo found loads of information lots contradicting the last load of info, so thought i would just ask rather than randomly searching the Net.
If someone was to do a Primo (tab) cycle i understand gains are not going to be anything like other cycles out there, where would be a good place to start.
Male 210Lbs.
Looking at doing 125mg/day 5 days a week weekends off.
50 gram morning
25 gram lunch time
50 before work out
Roughly 5hr spacing ive read prim only has a 6hr life so you need to split it but ive also read just take it in the morning.
Cycle would run aprox 10weeks after would you need clomid or similar and should you just stop dead at 10 weeks or then start to tapper down over 2 weeks to 25mg/day?
Would there also be any advantage to adding 50mg/day winny(tab) for 4 weeks in that or just stay primo.
Goal is to gain muscle definition and size not major size.
