Diabetes
I was diagnosed with Diabetes 3 years ago and have found very little information on Diabetes and training, as well as diet along with the training.
My Diabetes landed me in the hospital and at that time I weighed close to 500pds, since that time I have lost about a hundred of those pounds off my butt so if anyone could please send me any info on Diabetes and bodybuilding or direct me to a place that has this info I would be greatly appreciated.

are you a type 2 diabetic ? (most likely the case when someone 'develops' diabetes)
what are your fasting glucose or glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c)? are you taking any meds? do you have any other health issues?
what does your current diet and exercise schedule look like?

Well I am A type 1 diabetic , I take 5 needles a day , 3 shots of nova rapid 1 before each meal , do not take a shot before my 2 snacks between meals , and 2 NPH shots 1 in the morning and one at night . as for my schedule It is wide open , I try to eat clean but need my a bit of a boost before i do my weight workout so I eat 2 rebars which are 8 cups of veggies and fruits made into a organic bar
