Your workout
Today was one of those days where you find yourself super focused , nothing around you , nothing else matters ...just you ...and getting it done. When your finished a workout like this and you look at yourself in the mirror & know there is nothing i could have done more ...its the best feeling.
Sometimes its a mood , sometimes its a song ...sometimes its all the shit we take (lol) ....but todays workout was OFF THE HOOK !!
Anyone else have "those days" ....they are for sure not everyday but man i wish they were !:a+

the good/bad thing is that they are unpredictable.
Once I arrived at the gym feeling like crap, them I decided to walk on the treadmill and stretch only. Then walk turned into jogging, the jogging into running and I finished with sprints.
