Again, post up the question as a THREAD so things are easier to find and the same question won't be asked 10 times in one thread. And it is also getting hard to find something you read on page 54 if you forget what page it was on. Also try to be as descriptive as possible in your thread title so people searching for something similar in the future will find it fast by keyword.

Example if you want to know what to take to protect your liver...don't write your thread title as "help please". But instead write it as Liver Protectant or What should I take for my liver or Is Liv-52 good for my liver? Something like that. That makes it easier to see the theme of the thread and others can read it if interested. It's also easier for Prae to answer questions as he'll see the threads that need answering fast. In the big thread, he may overlook a question if pages of discussion happen before he gets to stuff.
