New Krea-Genic Log
Hey Y'all,
I'm doing a couple bottle cycle maybe more of Krea-Genic, thought I'd leave my feedback.
So you know a little about me, I'm actually sponsored by Weider as a natural bodybuilder, but I'll be leaving my honest feedback. I'm 6'3, 248 at the moment, just finished my contest season in mid November, I compete so far in UFE, IDFA, and FAME. I had to take a couple months off post contest to heal from some nagging injuries to my lower back and hip. I suffer from Chrohn's disease and have a pretty sensitive stomach so I have a pretty limited diet but if you put your mind to anything you can usually achieve it. I don't medicate just eat properly for my stomach. If you'd like to see where I was before my contest season last October, 2010 here's a link to my youtube channel

If you'd like more info let me know.
I actually started tuesday the 12th but have been battling a cold so I figured I'd start a head of schedule to give me a boost to be able to actually train. Now whether it helped or not if anything it helped mentally knowing I was taking a creatine supp definitely motivated me to train through some crappy feelings.
I've read some prior posts so I've been drinking loads of water and so far feel no cramping or anything. My diet is slightly changing from a carb rich diet to a lower carb higher fat diet, but not that drastically as I am only planning to compete in October. My goal is to keep as much weight as possible and as much strength.
For training while sick I was able to keep my weight, rep range and strength just as if I wasn't sick. Krea-Genic, maybe? maybe not, but mentally it definitely helped.
I also have protein shakes, glutamine, bcaa's and a multivit 2 x a day. No Pre-Workouts or special post workouts at the moment, just a shake with bcaas, glutamine, bcaa's and a banana post. I will be getting some dextrose to sub for my bananas soon. All Weider products...
No cardio since November, but will begin 30-40 mins of Stairs a day starting next monday. I also Train 2x a day for 50-55mins. 1 body part at a time, 1 workout heavy, 2nd workout for same body part I repeat later in the week high volume moderate weight. I also like my rep range even while going heavy to stay in the 12-18 range, except for certain obvious exercises that pushing heavy weights would ruin my joints. So that means I'll be taking 4 caps pre workout 2x a day. I also should mention I never go crazy heavy anymore cause Injuries suck and delay any progress dramatically. Technique, Technique Technique, I swear by it!
I can document exercises, sets, reps and weight if you'd like but I'll start that monday as I'm still feeling a little under the weather.
I can also post what I'm eating if anyone is interested.
Thats it for now. I'll try and post again soon...
