GENR8 Vitargo S2 Reviews
-Effect: I take 1 scoop after leg workouts. Usually after downing the shake, Ill get a little pick me up of energy. I dont get bloated after it and 30 minutes later Im eating my pwo meal. 4/5
-Flavor: Orange. I enjoy it now. But it took a little time to get used to, I also found that 1 scoop in a 500ml bottle of water mixes perfectly and creates the best tasting flavor. 5/5
-Value: Its expensive compared to other carb supplements. IMO I think its worth it. But still sucks its like 2.25$ a scoop (I think). 3/5
-Comments: Ive tried other carb supplements but most left me bloated. And it was hard to eat 30 after working out. I do think its helped with recovery and I know it helps with energy after my workout.
Overall Ill give this supplement a 4/5

i like it for mass off season ,,
karbolyn too

yupp I use it during my off season, def not for dieting
-
wouldnt this be fine for dieting if it was one of or ones only carb source for the day?
-
Why would you want to use it as your only carb source while dieting? It would be expensive and you wouldnt get that full feeling as you would from a whole grain... At 2.50 for 30g of carb I think theres cheaper alternatives.

regardless of cost it seems to be an effective nutrient delivery for post workout. if one is only consuming carbs post workout towards the end of a diet, it seems logical to keep this as an option I feel. Am I way off? I dont see how a grain is more effective at achieving the desired effect of glycogen replenishment only.

Oyea forsure. I thought you meant as you were using this as your only carb source throughout the day during dieting.

Definitely a big part of my cutting stack bro, using this with an isolate as a part of my prep makes for a great way to keep the glycogen full by using it intra workout

Totally loved this product as well! I used the grape flavour and found I had such an awesome workout. It was only a sample pack, but I used it on leg day and had one of the best leg workouts I can remember. I agree that most heavy carb powders can leave you bloated. Vitargo is in a class of its own. 5/5/
