Minds right, Ready to do this!
Hi everyone,
Tomorrow Im going to start my new diet/routine. I have-not been to the gym in months, lost motivation really, but I'm back and I'm going to commit everything to it this time.
One of my major fails is when to comes to food. I love food, who doesn't but when I lost over 40lbs 2 years ago I did it wrong I think. I ate only Chicken/steamed beans/almonds, all day everyday with also protein shakes as well. Well I set myself up to failure I believe, got so boring with the food it came to a point a started to gag as I was eating it.
So this time around, I have different recipes that hopefully won't make me crash n burn. Ill be posting my exact meals and workouts below, any help or criticism will be well appreciated. My weight regime will be 1 week heavy, 2 weeks reps, 3 weeks all super sets, repeat then on the 9th week take off. Im also going to do different cardio, running, biking, swimming, total body workouts for cardio as well. Im 5'7 215 lbs, I would say my iideal weight is about 165lbs thats me ripped I believe.
