or just buy some fiberlyze, fiberteq, or golden flax seed
True but I just don't like buying extra stuff when I can make do with what I got. I even have a hard time buying protein powder nowadays. Also when running keto most of the yea,r the chocolate tasting drink is a bonus.
I usually drink this before bed to get a somewhat full feeling.
