Less than 19 weeks to the B.C.s! Dean and Leigh Brant always put on a great show. They make sure and give back to the athletes with tons of goodies and 1 year contract to all the overall winners.
Still some off-season left...time to eat!

Just moved here, so will qualify and be there next year......Fall show for us possibly.....
CC will qualify for nxt yrs as well......Look forward to the whole prep process, keeps one on track...When nothing coming up, it is easier to go boating, riding the hog, eating at ny pizza etc....lol....I need a goal....
If I go to the physique devision it is my understanding for 2012 that you can go straight to Provincials, might be the way I go.
