squats...warmup then singles....405x1,455x1,500x1,1,...put my suit on and unracked 585 but hurt my back on wed and it didnt feel good walkin out so i racked it
rack pulls (just below knee level) 315x1,405x1,495x1,585x1,605x1
foam rolled the shit out of my lower back and hams and now i gotta eat til i puke then eat some more.....
