Back Again
I've never really been an active member of the board. I use to post on musclenexus years ago. Anyways I haven't seen the inside of a gym for at least 2 maybe 3 years. The past few months ive lost 45lbs, just eating healthier no drinking ect and mild cardio. Yesterday i decided to quit smoking, this is my first real attempt ever at quitting and it is not fun so far.
I'm actually surprised how much muscle mass i've retained considering its been years since i've touched a weight. Since ive lost all the weight people have been asking me what gym i go to and what the secret is lol. However my job does entail some very heavy and sometimes awkward lifting on a regular basis so im sure that has alot to do with it.
I'm looking forward to getting healthier again and getting back in the gym.

good for you bro !
congrats on the weight loss.
good luck with the not-smoking,
not easy, take it day by day, you'll get through it.
keep at it. lots of amino's will help with cravings
(quality meats, eggs, protein powder)

day 3 smoke free. Still feeling some instense cravings but nothing compared to day 1. I have definatly started to eat more, im sure ill be putting some of that weight back. Everytime a bad craving sets in i just do push ups till i can't do anymore. I've found its been helping curb my old habits.
Currently i'm 225lbs 6'3 and probably 13-14%bf
