Newbie
Hello new to the forum. Joined to look for better ways to start putting some weight on. I am 5'11 and currently 160 lbs. After January of 2013 I started working out again and went from 155 lbs to 170 lbs in 4 months. Only supplement was Mutant Mass. Now I am down to 160 lbs, started a new job and have not had the time for a proper workout routine. Working outside in the heat every day I noticed I lost 10 lbs in one month. Working when I can right now, try to go a minimum 2 days a week, more when I can. Hovering around 160 lbs but want to put on some big muscle, any advice will be great!!

Welcome to CBB,
Putting on muscle is a slow process that takes EATING and training consistently day in and day out. Protein is the building blocks of muscle so start off trying to be consistent with your protein intake... chicken, turkey, fish, beef, pork, eggs, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt or protein powder's every 2 to 3 hours. Add to that Healthy fats like extra virgin Olive oil, avocados, natural peanut butter, natural almonds, coconut oil and fish oil.
Clean carbs... oats, rice, brown rice pasta, potatoes and vegetables.
Training 3 to 4 days a week is enough if you do it properly. Concentrate on squats, dead lifts, bench*press, dips, bent rows, military press.
That's the formula in basics. Enjoy
