Advice on what supplements to take while on vacation If any ?
I will go on vacation for a week so I wonder If I should just rest for a week not doing any weights but should I still take all my supplements.
Which supplement should I be taking If I rest for a week. it's a pain to bring all my supplements on a trip, way too many.
I want to bulk up since I'm thin so stopping for a week is a big deal. I've been consistent for many months now but I don't want to get fat on vacation because of all the all inclusive resort I'm going to, they have a lot of food right in your face, very tempting to eat what I wouldn't eat at home.
Should I just do cardio or do both or just relax and just walk on the beach and drink a little bit of beer and other stuff. I am not a monk but don't want to abuse too much and come back with excess fat, thank you !:greet
