what about Coq10 and Glutathione
-
May help.
Glutathione
- The body’s most powerful detoxifier and antioxidant.
- It protects cells and tissue from oxidant damage.
- It inhibits the formation and protects against cellular damage from free radicals.
- It protects cells from cellular damage and tissues of the arteries, the brain, heart, liver, kidneys, lungs, and skin.
Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10)
- A powerful antioxidant.
- Necessary for the basic function of cells.
- Stimulates and helps the immune system.
- Has a critical role in the production of energy in every cell of the body.
- Helps the cells mitochondria metabolize fats and carbohydrates.
- Increases circulation and tissue oxygenation.
- Helps maintain the flexibility of cell membranes.
- Has anti-aging properties.
- Some research has shown it to be effective against tumors and leukemia with animals.
- CoQ10 like Glutathione decreases as we age.
- CoQ10 like Glutathione seems to be lower in patients with chronic disease.
- Deficiences of CoQ10 is also linked with periodontal disease, diabetes, and musculardystrophy.
- People with heart failure have been found to have lower levels of CoQ10 in heart muscle cells.
- Lower levels of CoQ10 have been observed in people with Parkinson's disease.
- Statins can reduce serum levels of CoQ10 by up to 40%.
- May slow brain cell death and slow progression of disease.
