Hey p help with pct
Hey I'm looking for pct cycle advice... Atm seems I can get everything I need.
I was dumb ass when younger... And you only first few cycle I ran pct... Nolva/clomid/HCG
But after that I start d home brewing and had surplus on hand:...
I started blast and cruise..... Or do a cycle and do a hrt dose in off weeks.... And never as long as I should..... 3-4 month cycle following 8 weeks of hrt dose of test E maybe nolva here and there....
Well I loved test/deca/dbol..... Or test/tren.. Or test/eq/ Tbol.
Well when I finally came off. I stopped completely.... And due to situations was unable to run pct....
Well this is approx 3 years since I stopped any juice...
And I noticed what I believe to be slight gyno... Now it's not hard tissue... But it's not muscle... And just behind nips has no feeling at all.. Bare in mind I've gave gained 20lbs... Mostly fat as I was very lean....
So not sure if gyno. Or getting fat... But nips kinda point down.. But not overly....
My question is I've read so many pct protocol and most seem to be personal opinion.... As I'm sure yours is aswell... But I wanna hear from someone with tried and tested knowledge.
I lov running longer cycles as stated... But I'm also thinking about a test/npp/Tbol to start things of....
Now I currently have nolva/clomid/adex/ aromasin/ cabergoline/ and 5000iu HCG... In process of getting Letro to help with any developed gyno...
Would you post a sample of two pct's .... One for short cycle with short esters.... And one for long cycles with longer esters...
And plz comment on what to use with prolactin compounds aswell. I was told deca and tren... But would assume npp aswell..
But not sure on dosages and durations and times of when to start each....
I know that's a lot all packed into one post..... But I also know your very knowledgeable aswell😀

Well, good news is its likely just feminization, fat deposition, not gyno.
Well, as far as PCT goes, keep it simple unless you have a good reason to complicate things.
Arimadex or Letro or Aromasin if needed during cycle and then Clomid post cycle.
Well, the only difference in PCT regarding esters is how long you wait until starting Clomid.
Well, i wish you good luck

I perhaps I was not direct.... To simplify.... What is Letro protocol for existing gyno?

Without a swollen gland, a lump, you dont need the Letro protocol.
If the extra breast tissue bothers you, lower your bodyfat %.
