Tren and hair loss
I've been trying to research this and haven't come up with much solid info, I'm just wondering what i can take to slow or stop my hair loss from tren, I've been cycling 10 years and have never had an issue with my hairline thinning till this summer when i ran tren for 12 weeks, it thinned a little on this cycle but not too bad, but now on my current cycle it seems my hairline is noticeably receding and thinning, also around my temples is thinning, i believe its because of the high androgenic nature of my current cycle and just would like to start taking something before its too late, any help is appreciated

Hi. I know this is Prae's corner but I figured I'd answer just based on experience. I honestly think that if you didn't have problems with test, you shouldn't have problems with tren as far as hair loss goes. I think test converts to DHT and that's what speeds up hair loss if you are predisposed to it. I have run tren for months on end and still have a full head of hair, so it might have more to do with just genetic disposition and you running test with it. A DHT blocker might work. And Minoxidil also works to help regrow hair thicker and fuller.

Yes testosterone is converted to DHT via 5 AR however only about 5% free test is converted. The theory is DHT is somewhat responsible for halrloss but it is not conclusive. Mostly what is seen is if you predisposed to hairloss it will happen with any strong androgen used. Tren is a very strong androgen approx three times stronger then test so it can definitely contribute to hairloss issues. You can try finastride and see if that helps...minoxidil may but its not likely it will overcome the action of tren.
