This is a good multi vitamin. Animal Pak gives you everything you need. It's a lot better than having 10 bottles lying around, trust me. There are quite a bit of pills to pop daily, but better to get it one and done - out of the way. Good to stack with ANIMAL's FLEX pack too for joints.
Unnecessary really.

That god damn orange pill that's the size of a golf ball. Wtf. I never noticed the difference between this highly overrated crap and a regular multi. In fact, the only multi I've noticed goes down nicely and makes me feel somewhat better (even if placebo) are liquid and powder multi's.
lol. There are a lot of pills but it doesn't really bother me too much. Personally, I think it's a solid product along with animal flex. Universal Nutrition has been around longer than I have been alive. I think they must be doing something right with their products.
