Increasing fertility....

My girlfriend and I are looking to have a baby.I'm now 45 years old.Just wondering about taking clomid and hcg to increase sperm count.I remember seeing a post on this but I can't find it.thanks in advance for any help or suggestions you might have.

Have you had your count tested? If so what was it?

Prae helped the wife and I get pregnant very quickly four years ago. My sperm count was ZERO. Not one ****ing swimmer. I had been running gear for 2 years straight , four cycles with bridging in between. I originally took advice for another lifter and he had me using 500 IU HCG every third day in my first attempt at recovering. I went from 0 to 3 million. Not nearly enough to even get lucky. I had been using far too little HCG for starters. Here is what Prae laid out for me :


2000 IU HCG every third day
50MG Clomid 2X daily
Arimidex 3X week

I was also running HGH at 2IU daily - Prae said it wasn't necessary but could be beneficial. He said run this until she gets pregnant. After running this for 3 weeks we conceived my son but didn't know this until later on. At 6 weeks after having my original count measured at 0 , then 3 million with 500 IU HCG , I was at 60 million. Not sure what their motility was but that's a lot of sperm. When the specialist gave me my results he asked how the **** I went from 0 to 60 million that quickly. I gave him Prae's formula and he said that's exactly what he would have had me take at some point. He just wanted me to see how I would recover naturally - problem is I was already 43 and didn't have much time to be patient. He also intimated that 500 IU HCG , a number often thrown about by ' experts ' is too little.

Prae is the man. I have a beautiful , healthy , 3 year old boy that is already a lady killer.

Thanks HH...500iu hcg every third day is like trying to jump start a car with a dead battery using a moped...never gonna happen.
