My guess would be BCAA powder will digest quicker and be more useful, and you'll probably have to take like 10pills, just guessing, not sure what they are dosed at.

BCAA in powder form will be more useful and economical.
BCAA is really a great supplements againt's muscle fatigue. It has been proved to also help reduce fat level on daily high doses (Around 30-40 grams per day). I personally take about 10 to 15 grams before each training and I add some about 2 grams of Leucine post training to complete whey protein amonigram (Since you use about more than 200% leucine while weigthlifting) the needs are higher.
For cutting BCAA`s are usefull, they`re anticatabolic and really lower the dreaded doms syndrome. Get the powder unless you have lot`s of $$$. Taken pre during after and before the second post workout meal you will find they make a difference. You will need a kilo of it every 3-4 weeks for it to be worth while.
