Ahh, I know its just motivating. Why would I even go to the gym for health?? not for me Ive allready ****ed my BMI naturally which is a laugh. So if Im doing something counterproductive to health like everyone here than I think Im in the same boat. My body will only pay of for me when Im older because i will have dense bones and more muscle mass to keep me independant longer than all you juicers taking cortisol shots in your joints. Every 12 months I take 6 months off for joint recovery.

They're called Belgian Blue and what they have is a natural mutation in the myostatin gene which codes for the protein. There was a guy at Shawnigan lake that had dogs just like that, i'm sure most here have seen those pics of these Jacked dogs.
