For me i take in around 80 grams of protein, isolate/concentrate at 60/40%....Quote:

I ve tried, 10 mcg, 20, mcg, and 30 mcg...I didnt notice a difference between 20 and 30, so i stay at 20mcg as they say it downregulates your receptors as Prae mentioned, dave Palumbo speaks about it as well....20 mcg does excellent, so no need to go more IMO...
Whether or not it builds extra muscle, satellite cells etc...I dont know, it definitely has a pronounced cosmetic effect when lean though....Thats the fly in the ointment, you gotta be lean to see the difference...I still feel it, but the appearance is not as pronounced when not veiny and abs popping already...
I have read an RX muscle post recommending bilateral post workout as anything else will cause distended gut.
Proleterian seems to have a good protocol, 20/day . If I order some I will try at his recommendation. I have friends running much higher though.
Can someone please comment on storage temp as well as reconstitution? I have read that use of aa is best the bac water, then some say bac and aa. Also storage temp for powder and storage for reconstitute, what about storage life once reconstituted.
Bilateral injection is completely unnecessary....it becomes systemic in minutes. aa is better for reconstitution but with ba you might lose 10% due to degradation but thats it. Once its reconstituted you can freeze it and it will be good for many weeks.
