Is it ok to have? Ya, it's ok but it's really not all that beneficial either as TT said, and if you are lactose intolerant or evenly mildly allergic, it just isn't worth it. So if you get gassy, bloated, break out or even get stuffy you likely have an issue with milk and many have suggested that it's because of the pasteurization that so many ppl have problems now.
I'd say if you arent dieting and you dont have any side effects from it, then you can keep a small amount in but really, if its just for the protein source, there are better ones out there
