Thanks for reminding me.
This diet was very successful for me. Never have I been so lean in the "off season" and retained so much size and strength. I am still hovering around single digit bodyfat and steadily gaining size and strength on slightly increased carbs / protein. For the most part I am still following this regimen but a bit more relaxed on the cardio.
As I said before I would highly recommend anyone looking to take their game to the next level to seek advice from Praetorian. The single coaching session alone has put about 35 lbs on my bench WHILE DIETING. Just took a couple fine tuning tweaks to help me see what I was doing wrong, and what I was doing right. Coaching is a MUCH better investment than burning money on juice or over hyped supps.
I am in the best shape of my life, all accomplished while working 70 hours a week. No small feat in my opinion. 2013 should be fun!

The pics were only taken on my phone and not great enough quality to really see the difference. I can assure you that I lost a substantial amount of body fat while gaining strength somehow. My "size" did not change much but I definitely did not lose anything during this diet. I lost about 12-15lbs total but I appear larger and my clothes fit tighter in the chest, shoulders, and arms. My waist is a 30" at 215 lbs. To me that is a HUGE success.

A 30 inch waist is good.Women notice these things.
