I just escaped disaster like this years back with a 45.Somebody had squeezed that last wheel barely hanging on a leg press.This beautiful female bb was visiting working out.As I went to start stripping a few she was right next to me on another leg press...my eyes kinda wandered on her a little(just a little)just as I touched the plate.It dropped straight down just between my feet....
A 45 would probably break your foot. I am just lucky it was a 5. From that height even a 10 could have ****ed something up.
i could care less about what anyones doing in the gym i use to get worked rightup about shit and let it get to me now i have my music and zone out
i try to get along with them all even the idiots since you haveto see them most days might aswell try and make it productive

i work out at a good life. over night I hear the steam room turns into a gay gangbang, the equipment is shit (ive bent every bar in the building) and the trainers are dumb and fat.....
goodlife's are hit and miss small towns usually have the fat trainers and bad equipment. How does a fat trainer convince someone they can get them in shape?
not sure...but they always seem to have some idiot that is willing to pay....on a good note tho, head trainer told me today that he ordered all new bars and a new squat rack!!
My Goodlife ****ing sucks and I only joined to get my wife interested. Only have 100lb dbs and the Hammer Strength stuff is stack loaded, not plate loaded. I used the whole stack on incline and it was the first time using one. I'm no beast either. The trainers are in decent shape but the reps are fat turds who smoke in front of the building. LOL yeah this is January! Well at least in Feb most are gone or will show up only once in a while.

The guy who uses one of every dumbbell and decides to put them back in the most random spaces instead of with the one they belong with.. then im stuck trying to find the other one in a sea of miss matched weights.
