Yes I did work with Shelby. We're working on the game plan right now to come into the BC Provincials even bigger and better.

I wanted to thank all involved with the SWFC 2012 and let you know what a great time I had - I ended up placing 3 rd in the Mens Masters and 10 th ( out of 16 ) in the Light Heavyweights . Everyone involved from the athletes meeting to the show itself were kind , courteous and very professional - all of the BCABBA board members were awesome and left no questions unanswered , I intially felt nervous at the meeting prior to the weigh in but that quickly disapated - Chris is an awesome dude and made me feel relaxed as did all of the other board members - watching the enormity of the work that is involved at the time and effort that everyone from the BCABBA board members to the helpers / volunteers put in to the show really impressed me.

Thanks again and my Trophy sits atop my fireplace with pride ! I plan to bust my ass and put on some qaulity mass and shoot for the 2014 Provincials
