    My workouts are more than 1 hour long. But I have 5+ minutes rest between sets. I don't think I can do it in just 45 minutes. Maybe some people can. So it's all individual.

    Interesting thread. I've never heard that processed milk has so much bad influence. For me it's all the opposite. I don't feel very good after raw milk. Or maybe the one I've tried wasn't very good.

    I don't think it's possible to build any muscle without carbs. It never works. Proper timing is also important. And i don't think you would get fat with too much protein.
