    Only issue is the texture. Not the best tasting but on a low carb diet, this product works very well when timed properly.

    As SD said, it will greatly improve your strength off the start of the lift. My max bench weight I can hit for 12+ reps with the Slingshot. Its pretty neat.

    Never really found it all that useful...
