    sprinkle with mrs.dash extra spicy, then marinade in franks buffalo sauce and bake half way through add more buffalo sauce my favourite for chicken right now

    i made my own today, and it was very good:
    mix up some tomato puree with vinegar and water, put in your favourtie spices (for example garlic, pepper, chilli, salt, paprica ...)
    then put in your meat for 30-60min. after that you can fry it or grill it, it gets very delicate

    I was just gonna make a thread about this. I usually just grill a chicken breast and throw it in a container with plain brown rice. This gets extremely boring and I feel like a barn animal eating the same thing every day.

    I also find rice too dry by itself so I'm liking the recipes for homemade sauces and marinades.
