    Hi guys,

    thanks for the advice given. You guys are obviously right... I obviously knew what to expect when I entered this profession. Of course I appreciate the opportunity given and was not intending to put gym ahead of work.. but I appreciate your feedback which has helped me taking a fresh look at my perception of work and te long term goal.

    Guess I am one of these people that have a hard time accepting not performing at their best.. so half assing it in the gym frustrates me.
    I'll see if I can get two workouts per week in..but won;t stress about it anymore.
