    gotta start hittin the cardio huge.... fack
    whats a good cardio session ? 20 mins a workout day? up to around 208 right now wanna chizle down a bit , lose some weight on my face
    also reccomended eating... i eat pretty clean, whole wheat rice, bread, eggs, lean meat - chicken/fish ...

    here's a pic, lemme know what I can improve on...i dont take anything just glutamine

    If I were you, I would drop starchy carb from your diet first (even the whole wheat kind). If you can't totally let them go, at least have them only in breakfast and post workout.

    20 mins cardio might be the starting point. You don't need to go crazy on intensity either.

    Just build-up your cardio session and ultimately, you might want to hit 45 mins per day with low intensity for 3-4 days and 15-20 minutes HIIT style cardio for 2-3 days a week.

    Again, cardio helps but diet is what you need to focus first.

    Man i got to say, BeachBody's Insanity DvD set is one of the best cardio workouts i have ever seen. I own it and its great . its a 60 day workout and its great for loosing weight.
