    Default Reese's oatmeal :)

    1 cup of oatmeal
1 cup of chocolate milk (no added sugar)
2 tsp of natural peanut butter
    Splenda for taste (optional)

Put all the ingredients into a bowl and cook in the microwave for 60sec. Stir and recook for 30-60sec.

    Very simple and taste great!

12gfrom oats, 8g from pb and 8g from milk.

You can have a steak or eggs on the side to boost your protein intake.

It's from John Berardi gourmet nutrition e-book

8g protein if it were 2 Tbsp. but in that case, there would be 600 calories total. Also, what is no sugar chocolate milk?

I'd rather just eat the oatmeal, PB, chocolate milk, steak, and eggs, all seperately
