    its all about ROM when doing dips or mays well stick with push downs

    WTF am i seeing? Is that a pink string shirt and pink socks? Pretty sure i saw some blond chic at the gym wearing the exact same shirt.

    Would really like to hear if you have ever done dips with the rings and your experience regarding that.

    Can you get out of a chair?

    Not that i have any particular need to prove anything >_< i just got quite a chuckle. We all have "our things" and i doubt to many of you can jump on a bicycle and do a 50 km ride in under and hour to warm your legs up.... Its what i do =D

    Quite intrigued by this... I have actually requested gymnast rings at my gym, i can rotate myself upside down and do hand stand push ups on the dip rack and have had a few trainers ask if i had ever done rings... no i have not. Yes i would LOVE to try them!

    Nope just regular dips and bench dips. Rings would give you amazing stability and activate entire upper body I guess. My gym doesn't have rings, I would like to try it though.

    A pair of those looped 2 inch wide straps from princess auto will do.Love my rings.
