    Default Little trick to kill the bad taste of powder supplements.

    I know we can use product like crystal light or even other product like Scivation Xtend to mask the bad taste of RAW supplements like BCAA, arginine, Carnitine L-Tartate but I'm not a fan of using regularly artificial sweeteners like aspartame, acesulfame, sucralose... and if you want to avoid it, I found a simple & healthy way to mask the bad taste : simply squeeze the juice of a fresh lime into the mix with water, 90% of the bad taste is gone and no artificial sh!t is added, keeping your mix healthier.

    If you wanna kill the remaining 10% of the taste add a bit of cinnamon to the mixture. This overpowers almost all aminos and for some reason gets me extra sweaty during my workouts. Cinnamon should be added to all preworkout mixes as it gives a good boost.

    Why not just get your nutritients through food that you like, and not waste money on useless supplements? With the possible exception of a pre-workout stim/multivitamin, most supplements aren't all that useful.
