    Default Chicken Recipes

    Lets have em, we got a thread specifically for Protein shakes, lets get one specifically for chicken. How do you guys do up your chicken? Bake, BBQ, fry?

    One thing my girlfriend and I have done which is super easy but tastes really good is:

    Use 2-4 frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts, place them in the bottom of a casserole dish, pour a can of diced tomatoes over top of the chicken, season it with some italian seasoning then sprinkle on some parmesan cheese and bake in the oven @ 350 for about 45 minutes.

    It's the poor man's chicken parm!

    Default kabobs

    chicken breast, zucchini, bell peppers, and pineapple. little bit of organic coconut oil brushed on (melt first), some sea salt and cracked pepper is all you need bbq away. prep time 15-20 mins cook time 15-20 mins depending on size of chicken chunks
    served with salad of the night and mustard potatoes (1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp prepared mustard seed, 1 tbsp mustard, 1 tbsp coconut oil makes 2 lrg potatoes cook 425 30 mins)

    Default Parchment baked chicken

    Wrap parchment paper that is sprayed with cooking oil leaving a 2 inch border un-sprayed(so it stays closed when folded shut) around bonless skinless chicken breast seasoned with sage, rosemarry, diced tomatoes, salt, black pepper and olive oil. pre-heat oven to 450C bake for 20min or untill puffy and light brown. pour juices form parchment pouche onto chicken.

    Fetta/olive stuffed chicken breasts
    cut open a bonless skinless chicken breast(down the side) stuff with fetta cheese and pittless black olives fold shut, to keep the breast closed use tooth picks. bake in oven

    Only way I eat whole chickens is BBQ Beer can chicken. Shove a can of beer in a chicken, season the chicken and cook on the BBQ until done. Nothing tastier.
