You look pretty thick for a relatively low bodweight, I'd guess from those pics you'd be around 190 lbs at that height and condition. Are your legs and back up to snuff ?

My back is my best muscle. My legs are catching up, but my upper body deffinately over shadows them. 25"' at mid point. I only started doing legs like 2 years ago. I figured because I played hockey there was no need to do them. big mistake. Still, Im squating 365lbs to parallel without a spot. So They should catch up. Im hoping when Praetorian starts my first clean bulk in a couple months that Ill make up some ground.

Good squat numbers dude. Your legs WILL , not should , catch up. Seems as though you have put together a quality build sans AAS. With your genetics your body can still go a long way without gear. Having said that, once you feel you've tapped out your potential there is no harm in running a little bit of test. AAS is safe to use if researched properly and not abused. Good luck either way and congrats on your hard work thus far.

I was the same way, good on ya if that is the path you so choose...
I maxed out at about 225, and very lean....I busted my ass day in and out, did all the tricks..405 bench press, 500 lb squat....
Then i partook, now numbers for strength are higher, not as much as my bodyweight went up, not even close..
Now at 250-260 lbs, i am very lean, look great, IMO...BUT, the numbers are not a whole heck of a lot higher in my lifts, they do go up, BUT, not as much as my bodyweight and LBM did...
So i personally think they assist in recovery, putting meat on them bones, and assist in nutrient partitioning, and able to stay lean while growing....BUT, as far as strength gains, not as much as i had anticipated...

I go off for a long stretch at a time a couple times per yr, my strength always remains, but i drop about 15-20 lbs each time ...Not just water unfortunately..It comes back within weeks..
So it all depends upon your goals man...STAY TRUE TO YOU!!
