    Default Newbie here

Hi all. I'm just wondering if there is a section here for the newbs? You know....with all the questions that have been asked a million times before?

Heres a quick rundown on me. I turned 40 back in August of 2012, and finally decided I had enough treating my body like garbage. It didn't help that I was diagnosed in 2009 with Multiple Sclerosis, and then in 2010 with Osteoarthritus in my back. I took a year of being lazy and feeling sorry for myself (more like family feeling sorry for me....not my style). Last year, I'd had enough, quit smoking and joined the gym. My goal originally was to lose the weight ( I was 245 lbs at 5' 7".....none of which was muscle) and strenthen my back.

Now, after six months of seeing and feeling the changes in my body, I am addicted and want to do more, more, more!! I do have some limitations with my health issues, but I'm not letting them hold me back.

That being said, I just wondered if there was a newie area that I missed on here?

Hello and welcome! No newbies section, but lots of specific categories!

Welcome to both of you. I am newly back my self after a long hiatus. There is a great group of guys here and some very good wisdom in the pages of CBB.
Life is like a fart. It stinks, but is really funny most of the time.
