    Default Journey to success or failure

    Name is Graham, am a powerlifter, have been doing so since i was 15, have been lifting weights since i was 14. Am of age 23 now.

    Current PR's, all in lbs

    Squat = 375X1 atg @215 bodyweight
    Bench Press 405X3 @220 bodyweight
    Deadlift 505X1 @215 bodyweight

    currently weigh 192

    7/10, both my incline and flat bench felt very weak and far from any PRs. the chins felt good though, much stronger then last weak. and the squat wasn't half bad either.

    good workout, triceps were roasted after the bench press even though it was a wide grip bench, guess my triceps weren't use to it? 7/10 but lot of hope going into this program.
