Hey guys, I thought I would share my favorite nutrient pack breakfast.

Put 1 cup of coffee in 2 cup of ice in a huge mug, I use a 1L mug. In a shaker, put 3-4 eggs + 1 big scoop of chocolate protein + stevia + 5 or 10% cream (about 1/2 cup) and shake. Poor this mix into your big mug. You can add a little water to fill the mug up.

I use ice in the coffee before I add the egg and protein mix because I do not want the eggs to cook in the hot coffee of course.

It taste amazing, it's really fast to make, you get a lot of good fats and proteins and it's low carbs. You can also add creatine if you like.

Chocolate and coffee taste really good, think Coffee Crisp, but it can also be done with vanilla protein.
