I've never even listened to a show...

But now I'm gonig to give it a go... Didn't even know there was a radio show.
People think it's an obsession. A compulsion. As if there were an irresistible urge to act. It's never been like that. I chose this life. I know what I'm doing. And on any given day I could stop. Today, however isn't that day. And tomorrow won't be either.

    Hey guys,

Thanks for the input and opinions. We want to hear this sort of stuff so we know what you guys want us to spend time on. We keep asking for people to let us know, but I only get the rare email. I have lots of people telling me they listen, but few suggestions.

Also, we want to hear who you want to hear on. We want to have the odd American guest, hence the Chad Nichols and Chris Aceto interviews, but we do want to put the focus on Canadians.

There isn't a lot going on right now with the scene since all the shows are done, so there is less to talk about, but we look forward to the chance to make them better. I'll come up with some of my best stories for the future......It's funny, I've been bodybuilding so long that all the crazy/funny/goofy stuff that I see just seems normal, LOL, so I forget to mention it!

    Cheers
    Ron

As mentioned previously, if you could somehow download the shows, it would make listening much easier. I find the 'radio interface' not so friendly, especially if you want to pause and come back later. As for the content,
