The prep is going well thanks for asking. Could use a week or two but no turning back now.
Just reduced carbs to 50-75g each day and sticking with the regular cardio schedule. Going to start depletion workouts tomorrow and just do a moderate carb up with sweet potatoes starting Friday afternoon for the show on Saturday at 1pm. Maybe something like a snickers bar and gatorade about an hour before hitting the stage.
