    i did but that was nearly 20 years ago when i was in high school. wasnt much of a diet. i didnt know what i was doing.

    i agree with you on not blowing a tire. i figured doing 30 min before and after i workout would help. things i would like to do for cardio are martial arts, treadmill, and jump rope.

    Gotcha.

    THere are some great trainers on this board that take clients for personal plans and suport.

    It's not that there is not great advice on here that could help you ,but if your thinking about doing another show I would hire someone to take you there.
