Default needing advice for the GF from an honest source

ok, ive been in the scene for quite a while and its basically a known fact that to be competitive in the fitness or figure shows you need to be using somehting...maybe not AAS but at least t3 or clen or something...

my GF has great genetics and is very driven. she has great structure and potential.

she wants to compete but needs some honest straight forward experienced advice.

what is the safest and most effective products she could take?

she has asked about T3 and from what i know it may have the potential to create long term sides...

im not a huge fan of clen having used it in past

what are the ladies using now?

    what is safe?

i know diet and training are number one. she has more or less got that down. ive competed on a reasonable level and she has it down better than me.

please let me know your thoughts. i want to provide her some quality advice.

do a show naturally first, then decide. too many people jump in way too early. especially women. how old as well?

Its called hard training. I mean f*cking hard training. Something people don't do a lot of these days.

Good luck is the result of hard work and preparation.

Every time you stay out late...every time you sleep in ....every time you miss a workout...every time you don't give 100%...you make it that much easier for me to beat you.

Diet, cardio, and training come first...post it.
As for ergogenic aids...when it comes to aas anavar is the only compound women should ever touch...anything else will cause virulization to some degree.
For fat burning and muscle retention clen+T3 +gh works well and is safe for women if used correctly. Nolvadex used the last 8 weeks will help mobilize stubborn estrogen fat stores as well as increase hardness.
Again these are all tools that can be utilized at some point in time...however without a decent diet, training schedule, and cardio schedule you will be wasting time and money.

I did figures and fitness (nationals) completely natty.. Oh.. and I kinda did not to bad in em either

first bb show on less "supps" than most bikini girls (10 mg nolva 10 mg var, clen 40 mg for 3 weeks only)

everyone wants to be a first year superstar.. dont really work that way...
