    Cool Celulitis

    Ladies please help me.

A few clients of mine have this problem and trough my research the conclusions that I got is that if it is not caused by excess weight it is a matter of hormonal imbalance. LIke teh skinny girl with celulitis on her qud.

    Am I wrong?

The approach that I believe to be the best is:

    1) drop weight,
    2) no sugar
    3) low carbs
At this point if she has bf in the teens and the celulitis is not decreasing I would refer to a naturopath to check an balance hormones.

    Your input is appreciated.

Are genetics suspected of being a contributing factor? Some people never get a spot of it.

i suspect its something that we human are doing or eating wrong, i mean a see friends of my daughter at age 12 already having cellulite on their leg and stomach and they or not fat at all.

Could it be using microwave ??

I assume we are talking about cellulite here (cellulitis seems to be a bacterial infection of the skin).
It is commonly believed that cellulite is genetic. There are not many women out there who don't have some type of rimple-dimple on thighs/butt area. After being pregnant twice I now know there is a direct correlation between cellulite and hormones. In both pregnancies cellulite became more abundant/visible than usual (but went away after). I also know that when my bodyfat goes low enough the cellulite becomes so minimal it is almost unvisible.
I also notice more and more young girls/women with cellulite and I believe that our kids/teens are holding more fat in general. They may not look overweight but processed foods and the chemicals used in all our food these days is obviously causing fat stores if we are seeing cellulite in very young women.
