You realize in the quote that in the matter of a few moments you completely contradicted your own opinion and once again proved you have no idea what youre talking about and you simply say things for the sake of being an internet troll.

The social sciences are a waste of time but philosophers are incredibly important to human history? Do you actually believe the things you say or are you just too stupid to realize what youre saying makes no sense? Or both?

There is no contradiction if you would have quoted me in proper context. The two quotes are unrelated.

The first quote was a reply to somebody saying I was a useless daydreamer, the second quote was a reply about skills that are transferable to the current job market, and was a subjective opinion.

It is nice to be quoted, but next time, try doing it with some context.

Nice try, albeit somewhat pathetically desperate and immature.

Can you go answer me in the other thread about free speech now? or did my last post shut you up?

I can be creative with my sig as will, much more creative than I currently am being if you want continue to play little kiddie games hijacking thread & such with your personal attacks and silly sigs.

    ^^ LOL

ya context is necessary when saying studying the social sciences is stupid, but excelling at them as an important member of human history makes complete sense for sure. i totally retract my statement now. you clearly are very smart.

Yes context is necessary when you compare two unrelated posts that answer two unrelated questions, especially when quoting someone.

If you don't get that yet, you should just drop out of that useless major you are pursuing and go pump some gas.

Oh wait, you will have to do that after you graduate.

Can you make your next post different somehow? Just because you say the same thing over and over again does not give it cumulative weight, not to mention that it is boring, predictable, and a general waste of my time, and and insult to the the original thread author. I mean, this thread was supposed to be about tablets, not sad little faggots that are insecure about the educational direction they squandered their money on.

Your the one that brought it up so it is YOU who derailed this thread.

    Nate to the rescue!

Wrong, his sig derailed this thread. but I guess that is all he really can do since he doesn't have the gray matter to debate issues with me.
Many here do, he isn't one of them. He is an intellectual and emotional infant.

    Back on topic

Flash consumes large amounts of power and is being phased out, so to include it seems kind of pointless

tablets being computers? well windows, android and what ever other systems need to try something to make sales right? There tech and performance is not.

Gimicky toys well i feel like you seen a picture and just decided you did not like it. With the release of the new OS 10.7 Lion to the mac family of computers the basis for design was to bring both the best of the mobile and the best of there computer software together. I have had it since release and have been exponentially impressed with how it performs in more ways then one. The introduction of "launchpad" is a rather spectacular to collect, organize and use any and all of your applications regardless of its importance and it was taken directly from the iOS series. It is a mobile device, and if i want to do some professional movie editing, photo editing, music editing, gaming i tend to want a computer.

The whole tablet idea i believe was first seen in the star trek series, where they could lift a glass panel and operate controls and do what ever, but when its important they still get the computer to do it =D

Thanks for getting us back on Topic TopHatPlus. :>

To be successful, innovation is the key; not imitation. (This of course is not always the case in life, however as it pertains to these Tablet devices; that is very much the case)

    Kro!

    Social Sciences are useless.

Philosophers make up some of the greatest people in human history.

Context is undermined by logic in this situation. Philosophers study social science, therefore social sciences cannot be useless.

Lets try to keep your arguments coherent and consistent, then I will attempt to discern the context of your useless babbling. Oh wait, I used a few big words there. Did you follow that in entirety? If you want I can post material written with less complicated language so you can understand what I am saying. Just let me know, its not a problem.
