    Default female diet help

    Ok ladies,.... Gents too... I'm cluelss here.. But my GF is beggin for me to hook her up...

    Now, she has great genetics, and would in my eyes be 6wks out from a figure show if she could diet... As reference...youtube a lise thexton... She's pretty close to that...although she thinks I'm an idiot
    ,She looks like this with a non existent diet.. Has wine at nite and can snack like a machine on shit after 9pm.... Bitch..lol

    I'm thinking, she should consume 5 meals a day....25gm protein each

    I just jotted this down, she hates fish....this would be days she works...

    Meal 1...6am
    3 eggs
    2 piece toast
    Juice/milk

    Meal 2....8-9am
    Protein bar..or
    1 scoop protein in cup milk adn/or 1 pkg oatmeal, or fruit

    Meal 3...11-12pm
    Tuna sandwich
    Veggies??....or

    2 club wraps (tortilla with deli meat)

    Meal 4...4pm
    Ground Turkey/rice or
    Stuffed turkey/chicken breast
    Green beans/asparagus

    Meal 5...7ish
    Protein shake
    1oz Almonds


    *what can she snack on if she hungry
    * any ideas where to look, for tasty QUICK recipe ideas
    *what about making chilli too?

    5 meals daily
    30-35g protein per meal, 10g fat per meal, carbs from veggies (NO starches)
    NO protein bars...they are CRAP!
    No wraps, no juice, no milk...NO snacks...5 meals....snack on water!!!
    1 cheat meal per week...anything she wants...pizza, pasta etc
    Eat every 3.5 hours
    Protein sources, lean red meat, chicken/turkey breast, whole eggs, egg whites, tuna in water, salmon, tilapia
    Drink plenty water and increase sodium intake

    thanks P.... but im thinking babystep her into the whole "diet" thing...... i know they are crap...taste good.....but its better than her eating at 8am then 4pm.... seriously eratic diet....
    i figured the ratios, just looking for suggestions for sample meals....as i said, she wont do fish, just tuna....im thinking if i get her eating more, she will burn more fat and put on more muscle...she yearns

    If you are going to diet (her) the eat wholesome healthy foods that are nutrition rich and good for you....why choose crap...bars are pure junk....you might as well eat a snickers...waste of money and just adding empty calories to your diet...tuna is fine....you either burn fat (calorie deficit) or build muscle (calorie surplus)....you cant have both sorry...pick one!
    No such thing as baby steps...diet correctly or you are just wasting time and cheating yourself.

    true enough.... we plan to get together and cook the food for the week, thus being easier....and yes, if we have the food..the junk wont be ingested....

    oh, i wanted to add... she can eat!! when she does he she can pack it back... she can easily eat 100gms of carbs from rice... and when i cheat, she ate 4 large pieces of pizza no prob...
    also, p... your above diet... is like a palumbo/keto?? NOT looking to compete, just have a more consistent diet.....

    It can be keto but it doesnt have to be...you can still have carbs with each meal just avoid starches...just because someone is running keto doesnt mean they are competing...some use it for the many health benefits especially type 2 diabetics etc...its a very healthy and easy way to diet...low carb non keto i smuch more difficult and youll feel more hungry etc.
