I don't have nobody to come and get them.
I'm the superheavy champion. So i will just stay as well and if some one want my title he will have to take from me, wich won't be easy at all.
trained quads/hams, bi's/tri's with big Loutfi last week. super intense and really got me into the rest-pause sets. we've been friends for quite some time now and for those of you who don't know him, he's a very nice and open guy. Very approachable and willing to help if you've got any questions. he also doesn't play around so be serious haha
