    Default lacking motivation

    so its almost the end of feb and i dont know guys ive lost the motivation and drive for everything dont know whats up
    got sick and missed the gym for 2 weeks....went off my diet....the girl i was seeing dumped me after vday.....i was suppose to cut till april 1st.....then go on my cycle....right now i feel like a piece of crap...looking for motivation only made it to the gym 3 times this week....dont know whats up....anyone else ever feel unmotivated......

    February-March the 2 most depressing months. It's a good time to take a vacation in the south to get more sun/light if you can! Keep up, spring is near you'll be back on track!

    sounds like you are officially depressed, last thing u want to do is stop training, make yourself goto the gym and dont worry about other things like diet, gf etc getting back into your exercise schedule will keep you moving until your depression passes

    Give your head a shake, think of the shit that has happened in the past few weeks and ask yourself what will get you out of your rut faster? Skipping the gym and feeling sorry for yourself or plowing forward and pushing past this? Seriously, it's not easy to get out of the house and get back into your routine when you feel like a sack of shit, but the longer you wait to do it, the worse it will get. Once you put the focus back on what makes you feel good about yourself, things will fall into place.

    yeah i have to....im hitting the reset button....i think the weather has a lot to do with it...but heck march things begin to warm up and i need to get into gear....i gotta remember lifes to short and we have to enjoy the things we love to do and not let time pass us by! thanks for the replies guys much apprectiated
